London, March 9 (BNA) british Prime Minister Gordon brown held talks in London today with visiting Jordanian Monarch King Abdullah II which dealt with the ongoing efforts to remove the obstacles that hinder the settlement of the Palestinian Israeli conflict on the basis of the two state solution. They reviewed the latest developments manifested in the resumption of the indirect talks and how to help the negotiating sides move forward to attain the desired goals. The Jordanian Monarch called for coordination of the international efforts to remove the existing obstacles as the stumbling peace efforts do not serve all parties, underlining the key role that britain could play in this regard.
